Jeanne Derr brings over three decades of experience in business management, construction financing, and mortgage loans to her role as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of BYOB Home Loans, a Texas mortgage company focused on facilitating financing for Owner-Builder custom home projects. Alongside this role, she has been the Vice President at Construction Financial Solutions since 2009, providing interim construction loans for residential custom homes.

 

During her time at Construction Financial Solutions, she has achieved a 176% increase in revenue and a 142% increase in net income from 2013 to 2023. Her expertise in mortgage financing for the residential construction industry has been pivotal in providing construction loans for custom homes throughout Texas.

 

Jeanne’s passion for creating opportunities for Owner-Builders in Texas is rooted in her entrepreneurial background, having co-founded the graphic design firm Derrsign, Inc. in 2000. Her earlier career includes roles such as Lead Project Manager at Rare Medium, Inc., where she managed the company's rapid expansion and key client projects, and Corporate Account Manager at FedEx Office/Kinko’s, where she set a national sales record.
